Morning Glories at the Beach

Every once in a while I find Beach Morning Glories while walking through the dunes to the ocean. They are one of many types of plants that can survive the combination of heat, salt and sand. I painted them with some sea oats that are also survivors of this type of habitat. I've enjoyed creating many beach paintings with sea oats but very few with these delicate flowers. Mainly because I don't see them nearly as much as I do the sea oats. Also, because they are in the area next to the sign that says "Stay Off The Dunes". I put in the seagull to help guide you through sea oats as they blow in the breeze. Don't you wish you were at the beach now?
